Gas Pressure Requires a Container

David Weiss provided the following illustration that very simply refutes the existence of an outer space vacuum abutting our atmosphere. Dave stated:

"With the weak power of my lungs creating a slight low pressure I can pull water and air up and away from Earth [through a drinking straw] at any altitude but the vacuum of space can't?"

The elementary elegance of that example completely destroys the myth of an outer space vacuum.
